Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Planning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other hiring channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers, talent agencies to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures
• Understand business goals and revenue projections for the financial year to support human capital planning
• Support employee retention initiatives and workforce planning
HR Operations & Documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities including letters, documentation, and HRMS updates
• Support attendance management, leave tracking and employee databases
• Ensure all HR records and trackers are maintained accurately
Performance Management & Employee Growth
• Support and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
• Coordinate feedback tracking and appraisal processes
• Focus on employee growth, learning, and development initiatives
• Conduct or coordinate psychometric evaluations wherever required
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
• Understand and align with the vision, values, and goals of the organization
• Ensure organizational values and culture are imbibed across teams
• Nurture a positive, collaborative, and productive working environment
• Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
• Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Policy & Compliance Management
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and company processes
• Modify, create, or update HR policies as required
• Support HR compliance activities and maintain operational HR reports
Requirements
• Education background in HR/Psychology
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with HRMS portals and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Working days: Mon-Fri
Working hours: 9:30am - 6pm
Location: New Delhi, Panchsheel Park
