Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee management, and training, preferably in a digital marketing or IT environment.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Handle employee lifecycle from hiring to exit formalities
- Conduct induction and training programs for new and existing employees
- Manage employee engagement and retention activities
- Handle performance management and assist in PIP processes
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
- Support management in HR strategy and organizational development
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience (Digital Marketing / IT industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
