Position: HR Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Fort, Mumbai (Hybrid)
Reporting To: Manager – HR
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage HR Operations while supporting Recruitment and Employee Engagement initiatives. The role involves handling employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance support, onboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records and repositories.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle documentation from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR repository, and HR database with accuracy.
- Prepare HR letters, employee records, confirmations, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of HR records and MIS reports.
- Handle employee queries related to HR processes and policies.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors/internal stakeholders for PF, ESIC, insurance, and other compliance matters.
- Assist during audits and compliance checks.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Manage onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining experience for employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
- Support initiatives related to employee communication and workplace culture.
- Assist in execution of Townhalls, festive celebrations, rewards & recognition activities, etc.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred
- Prior experience in HR Operations with exposure to recruitment and engagement activities will be an advantage
