Work Mode: WFO - 5 days
- Culture & Engagement
- Shape and reinforce startup values, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Design engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
- Draft and implement HR policies tailored to startup needs.
- Performance & Growth
- Establish performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).
- Drive learning and development initiatives for skill growth.
- Strategic Partnering
- Act as advisor to founders on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Balance immediate operational needs with long-term HR strategy.
🏢 Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role. Startup/scale-up exposure preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Core Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR tech tools.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
