What you'll own
- Recruitment: sourcing → screening → closures
- Payroll processing and coordination
- HR operations: onboarding, records, documentation
- Office administration and vendor coordination
- Travel bookings and reimbursements
- Internal events and employee engagement
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of practical HR experience
- Strong ownership in recruitment and payroll
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground role
- Someone who executes, not just plans
