🚀 We're Hiring: Senior HR Executive | Cholan Tours | Srirangam, Trichy
Are you passionate about building great teams and creating a positive workplace culture? Cholan Tours, a leading Destination Management Company, is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our Head Office in Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli.
📍 Location: Srirangam, Trichy (On-site)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
💼 Experience: 3–5 years in core HR functions
💰 Salary: Around ₹3.5 lakhs to ₹5 lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on experience and competency)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and headhunting.
✅ Plan and conduct effective onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
✅ Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll processes.
✅ Handle PF documentation, employee health insurance, and statutory HR compliance.
✅ Address employee grievances, drive welfare initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.
✅ Organize employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, and corporate events.
We're Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations.
✔ Strong expertise in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR documentation.
✔ Working knowledge of PF portals and corporate health insurance processes.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✔ Candidates based in Trichy or those willing to commute daily to our Head Office in Srirangam.
