📢 We're Hiring – Sr. Executive HR
Dear Connections,
Cedar Decor – Durian Laminates, a leading manufacturer of decorative high-pressure laminates since 2006, is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – HR to join our team on-site at Ahmedabad.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)
🧑💼 Experience: Relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup
Key Requirements:
✅Hands-on experience in payroll processing
✅ Knowledge of attendance management, overtime, and salary structure
✅ Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS compliance
✅ Good communication, accuracy, and documentation skills
✅ Solid understanding of HR policies and labour law compliance
✅ Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office
✅ Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration; postgraduate HR qualification preferred
