Job Title: Senior Executive – HR
Location: Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar
Experience Required: 4–6 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a solution-oriented Senior Executive – HR with 4–6 years of experience to manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role involves close coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR functioning and adherence to labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Finalize wage & salary sheets and coordinate payroll processing
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Annual Returns, Party compliances etc.) and filing of necessary returns
- Manage attendance, leave records, and full & final settlements
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and payroll management
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
