Role purpose
To support & improve overall HR Operations, talent management and payroll process thereby driving performance culture in organization, capability development, employee engagement and regular R&R.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end joining, induction, documentation, email ID, insurance & bank account formalities for new joiners.
- Drive talent development initiatives including buddy program, IDPs, stay interviews, L&D and leadership programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, monthly calendars, awards, celebrations and TEI reporting.
- Handle HR operations such as transfers, promotions, PIP, letters, grievances, exit interviews and F&F settlements.
- Manage time office & payroll including attendance, leave, roster, payroll inputs, reimbursements and variance reports.
- Ensure policy communication, compliance, data accuracy and system transition support across HR processes.
- Prepare and share monthly attrition analysis, support counter-measure plans and monitor action progress at SBU level.
- Coordinate with Corporate HR, TA, Insurance and other stakeholders for smooth HR operations and initiatives.
