Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Handle employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.
• Address employee queries and provide HR operational support across departments.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
• Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and labour compliance.
• Experience in attendance management, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
