Role Description
The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and execute HR functions to support the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations to manage and optimize day-to-day HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
- In-depth understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
