About The Job
HRBP Executive/ Sr Executive is responsible for maintaining a healthy and productive workplace culture. He/she will be the first point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement activities aimed at reducing the industrys high attrition rates.
Location/Hours:
Bhayandar West/ 9 hrs. shifts -5 days working
Job Responsibilities/expectations
- The ability to influence the stakeholders.
- Address the floor escalations and transactions effectively within the defined timelines.
- Mediate and resolve daily conflicts regarding shifts, leaves, or performance pressure. Conduct inquiries and manage the documentation for behavioral issues, absenteeism, and data security breaches.
- Organize floor activities, town halls, and RR (Rewards Recognition) events to keep morale high during repetitive work cycles.
- Ensure the facility adheres to local labour laws, particularly regarding night shift regulations for female employees and overtime pay.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify root cause trends for attrition and provide actionable data to the BHR and Leadership teams.
- Clearly explain complex shift-allowance policies, appraisal cycles, and transport rules to a large, diverse workforce.
- Basic understanding of the Shops and Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) guidelines.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support employees across all time zones.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent in any discipline
Desired Qualifications
MBA in HR or equivalent
