Job Description: Senior Executive - HR

Job Summary: The Senior Executive - HR will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support the companys strategic objectives. This role involves recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Manager will ensure that the company attracts, develops, and retains high-performing employees.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified talent.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and on-boarding.
- Establish and manage employee retention strategies and career development plans.
- HR Induction regular training intervention
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Work with managers to set goals, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Employee Engagement And Development
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Organize training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Policy Development And Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, such as PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
Compensation And Benefits Management
- Oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, attendance systems, and leave administration.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Collaborate with the GM-Marketing Admin Manager to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services sector.
