Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Executive - Hotel Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving room sales, developing strategic sales plans, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will conduct market research, create reports on key performance metrics, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's visibility. The role also involves representing the hotel at networking events and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in market research, sales strategy development, and business development
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry or prior experience in hotel sales is a plus
