KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design
• Create eye-catching graphics — banners, social media posts, email templates, product images,
and other visual assets consistent with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and visuals for campaigns,
promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual
quality.
Video Editing
• Edit and produce engaging videos for promotional materials, social media, advertisements,
product showcases, and other marketing initiatives.
• Enhance videos with relevant graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations to deliver
polished and professional output.
• Manage video assets and maintain an organised library of footage, music, and graphics.
Collaboration & Ideation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, social media, and product
development — to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design and video concepts that align
with campaign objectives.
Brand Consistency
• Uphold Brand's visual identity, style guidelines, and messaging across all design and video
assets.
• Maintain a consistent look and feel across digital and print media.
Project Management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and consistently meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate project status and timelines clearly with team members and stakeholders.
Tools & Technology
• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools
such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Stay current with the latest design and video editing tools, trends, and best practices to
continuously elevate the quality of creative output.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Video
Production, or a related field.
Experience
• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Prior experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and video editing skills across diverse
projects.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects preferred).
Core Competencies
• Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and colour.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
