Position – Senior Executive- Finance
Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Assistant Manager - Finance
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Audit firm or travel industry experience is added advantage)

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, file closures, and statutory compliance, while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes.
Key responsibilities:
1) Handling File Closures, ensuring all financial documentation, approvals, and reconciliations are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2) Conduct physical verification of files to ensure audit readiness and compliance
3) Ensuring GST compliance, including accurate data preparation, reconciliation, and timely filing of returns.
4) Managing TDS compliance, including deduction, reconciliations and timely return filing.
5) Preparation of Proforma and Tax Invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
6) Preparation and verification of DSR and Invoices, ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition, and reconciliation with supporting records and client billing.
7) Managing Invoice & Expense Entries, including recording of vendor invoices, expense booking, and periodic reconciliation in the accounting system.
8) Maintain organized financial records for audits and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Travel industry knowledge is an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
- Immediate to 15 days Notice period
