Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. As a senior executive finance accounts, 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Record rental income, expenses, and tenant billing
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and monitor ageing reports for receivables and payables
• Ensure compliance with taxation including GST, corporate tax, and related filings
• Assist with audits and tax compliance
🔹 Requirements:
• 4–8 years of accounting experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Experience with Farvision ERP will be an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
