Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of international trade documentation, LC handling, customs compliance, and freight coordination.

Functional Scope
· Manage end-to-end export documentation and compliance, including invoices, shipping documents, and statutory certificates.
· Handle Letter of Credit (LC) processes, bank coordination, and discrepancy resolution as per UCP 600 norms.
· Ensure accurate HS classification, valuation, customs clearance, and regulatory adherence.
· Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for seamless shipment execution.
· Plan, book, track, and schedule Sea/Air/Road shipments with effective container and timeline management.
· Liaise with internal teams and overseas customers, maintaining records and resolving export-related queries.
