Position Overview
The Senior Executive Engineer is A senior-level position responsible for managing complete execution across multiple projects. Ensures cost control, quality assurance, technical accuracy, and timely delivery while leading engineering and supervision teams.
Qualifications Required
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Additional certifications in project management are a plus.
Experience Required
- 10 to 15 years experience in full-scale project execution.
- Must have led teams and handled multi-story or premium projects.
- Strong experience in structural work, finishing & project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead teams of site engineers, supervisors & contractors.
- Review drawings, specifications & project plans.
- Plan complete project schedules, execution sequences & resource management.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Manage cost control, budgeting & material approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients & vendors.
- Approve measurements, contractor bills & MIS reports.
- Solve complex technical issues with practical solutions.
- Ensure timely completion with high-quality output.
