Job Title: Digital Operations Executive / Senior Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Operations professional with a strong foundation in ad operations and campaign management. The ideal candidate will come from a digital agency background and have hands-on experience with CM360, along with a good understanding of tracking and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns on CM360
- Implement and manage Floodlight tags and conversion tracking
- Ensure accurate setup of conversion events and tracking mechanisms
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and troubleshooting
- Maintain campaign data, reports, and performance trackers
- Work on campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization support
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in digital operations/ad operations (agency background preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Good understanding of Floodlight tags and conversion event tracking
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management
- Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
