Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Creative CS to manage day-to-day coordination for digital marketing and creative mandates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital campaigns, social media workflows, and client communication, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively. This role requires someone who can build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth execution across internal teams including creative, media, strategy, content, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination & Communication: Manage day-to-day communication with clients and act as the key coordination point for ongoing projects and campaigns. Build strong working relationships with clients while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Campaign & Project Management: Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines to ensure accurate execution of digital and creative mandates. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign schedules to ensure smooth project flow.
Internal Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, media, strategy, and production to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign requirements. Proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain efficiency and execution quality. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed briefs, timelines, meeting notes (MOMs), campaign trackers, status reports, and other project documentation to ensure alignment and transparency across teams. Quality & Delivery Management: Ensure all campaign assets and deliverables undergo proper quality checks before sharing with clients. Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. Digital Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, digital launches, integrated marketing initiatives, and always-on content mandates.
Presentation & Analysis Support: Assist in presentation creation, campaign reporting, performance documentation, and maintaining project records for internal and client reference. Industry Awareness & Best Practices: Stay updated with digital trends, social media platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to support innovative campaign execution.
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital project coordination, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, campaign workflows, and content execution processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating presentations, campaign trackers, reports, and project documentation.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
