Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Corporate Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for ZUUMM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate travel sales, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to generate and close business with corporates and travel partners.
This role focuses on acquiring new corporate accounts, managing key client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across corporate travel, holidays, and group travel segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales across Corporate Travel, Holidays, MICE, and Agency Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients and SME accounts
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel managers and decision makers
- Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM discipline
- Participate in industry networking events, client meetings, and partner discussions
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel sales, B2B sales, or travel partnerships
- Experience in travel companies, OTAs, TMCs, DMCs, or travel-tech startups preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals
- Good understanding of corporate travel or holiday booking workflows
- Self-starter with strong ownership and a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Preferred:
- Exposure to corporate travel procurement or agency sales
- Experience handling corporate accounts or SME clients
- Familiarity with travel tools, booking systems, or CRM platforms
