Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Executive Corporate Sales. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting StayBird’s properties. The Senior Executive Corporate Sales will be responsible for account management, driving revenue growth, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate will also focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored hospitality solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Corporate Sales and Sales with the ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- An understanding of the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
