Hiring: Senior Executive-Corporate HR
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Experience Required: 2-6 years
💰 Salary: As per industry standards
Role Overview:
1. Data, MIS & Time Office Management
- Maintain accurate, real-time employee databases and HRIS records.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly HR MIS reports for management review.
- Oversee daily time office operations, attendance tracking, shift management, and leave administration.
2. End-to-End Payroll Processing
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring zero errors in attendance inputs, deductions, and final payouts.
- Handle the full Full & Final (F&F) settlement process for exiting employees.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Factories Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), ESIC, LWF and Payment of Gratuity Act.
- Liaise with external authorities and handle timely filing of statutory returns, audits, and documentation.
4. Talent Management (Onboarding, Training & PMS)
- Facilitate smooth induction and onboarding experiences for new joiners to ensure cultural alignment.
- Identify training needs across departments and execute annual Training & Development calendars.
- Coordinate and drive the annual/appraisal cycles under the Performance Management System (PMS).
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Regular/Full-Time course from a recognized college/university) OR a solid academic background in LAW (LLB/LLM) with an HR focus.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core HR experience.
