Smytten Pulse is the consumer research and insights arm of Smytten. It leverages Smytten?s large user base to help brands understand: Consumer preferences Product feedback Market trends Purchase behaviour Roles and Responsibilities Roles: Strong understanding of end-to-end primary research processes including study design, questionnaire development, and survey execution. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for business and brand strategy. Well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with hands-on experience in real-time studies. Exposure to shopper research including different types of studies Proficient in developing and presenting topline summaries and insight decks tailored to different stakeholders. Effective communicator with clients and internal teams to align on research design and outcomes. Responsibilities: Designing and executing custom research projects to address client needs, from objective framing to final reporting. Analyzing raw data and transforming it into clear, actionable insights. Coordinating with field teams, tech teams, and clients to ensure smooth data collection and timely delivery. Adapting research tools (e.g., surveys, trackers) to meet evolving project requirements. Supporting proposal development, costing, and project timelines. Translating client briefs into practical research design and helping interpret business implications from research findings. Experience: 1?2 years of relevant experience in market research, especially in CPG/FMCG sectors. Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Statistics/Economics or relevant field. Experience with data interpretation tools (Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with platforms like SPSS/Tableau is a plus). Compensation: Competitive and as per industry standards.
