Core responsibilities
- Content Writing: Create high-quality, impactful long-form and short-form content for internal and external communications
- Campaigns: Support in creating content for and executing online and offline awareness campaigns comprising social and digital media, events, PR
- Event Management: Plan and execute events and activations end-to-end including internal co-ordination and vendor management for timely and quality deliverables
- PR support: Support PR initiatives through media outreach, press content development, journalist coordination, and agency liaison.
- Brand partnerships: Support identification, pitch presentations, onboarding, and relationship management of brand and strategic partners to strengthen awareness and visibility initiatives
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all platforms
Deliverables Content & Storytelling
- Create high-quality content across media (long-form and short-form) like newsletters, brochures, websites, presentations, press releases, etc.
- Create compelling narratives around mental health, education, and Arpan’s work
- Support leadership and campaigns with strong written communication
Events & Campaigns
- Support in planning and execute events, campaigns, and activations
- Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
- Support Responsibilities
Media & PR
- Support media outreach, press releases, and journalist engagement
- Liaison with PR freelancer/ agency and internal spokespeople to generate quality press content timely, whenever applicable
- Assist in securing coverage and tracking media mentions
Strategic Partnerships:
- Pitch to new potential partners and manage current partnerships comprising publications, brands, media for overall visibility of the issue and Arpan’s work.

- Manage and update Arpan’s website content
Job Challenge
- Manage multiple communication workstreams — content, website, PR, events, and partners. Simultaneously, while navigating complex and sensitive communications on CSA and working within budget and timeline constraints.
Required job Skills
- Communications Proficiency: Strong all-round understanding of integrated communications across digital/ social media, PR and events
- Content writing proficiency: Strong flair for writing with the ability to create compelling long-form and short-form content
- Event Management: Basic experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events and activations
- PR Awareness: Working understanding of public relations and media management
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture relationships with partners, brands, media, influencers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to support organizational goals and collaborations.
- AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly for content development, research, ideation, communication planning, workflow automation, and productivity enhancement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ownership, proactive attitude, adaptability, and creativity, learning orientation
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Communications / Marketing Communications / Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Media, or a related field.
Desired Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications/ journalism or marketing communications with demonstrated experience in content creation, event coordination, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
- Strong flair for content
- Website, vendor & event management
Other desired attributes
Prior experience of working in the social impact space is desirable but not a must
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders, including media, vendors, NGOs, government agencies, and internal teams
Location: Mumbai
Salary range: 35k to 55k/Month (Based on experience) + 5000 Travel reimbursement + 2000
Therapeutic Reimbursement + 5000 Annual Training Reimbursement
