CTC: Rs. 6,00,000 - Rs. 9,00,000 per annum (fixed + performance incentive)

About the Role

The Mansion is a premium, design-led gifting brand. We work with corporate clients, real estate companies, wedding hosts, and leadership teams helping them create gifting that makes a statement about how they value the relationship.

We are hiring a Senior Client Sales Executive to own the full enquiry-to-close cycle independently. This is a sales role, not a coordination role.

This role carries a monthly closing target of minimum Rs. 25 lakhs.


What This Role Is Not

– This is not a catalog-sharing role

– This is not a coordination or admin role

– This is not a role where you wait to be told what to follow up on

– This is not a role where you send a proposal and go quiet

You will be expected to qualify, recommend, propose, follow up, and close independently. You must be comfortable asking for the order.


Key Responsibilities


Client Conversations

– Manage inbound enquiries across email, WhatsApp, Social platforms and calls

– Understand the purpose, audience, quantity, timeline, and budget of each brief

– Guide clients toward a clear gifting direction - not multiple options


Gifting Recommendations

– Recommend suitable gifting solutions based on the client brief

– Present one well-considered direction with confidence

– Combine products and customisations thoughtfully


Proposal Development

– Prepare clear, brand-aligned proposals and decks

– Present recommendations as decisions, not requests for feedback

– Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility and timelines


Lead Conversion

– Own disciplined follow-up after every proposal without being prompted

– Log every touchpoint and conversation

– Guide each lead to a clear outcome: close, pause, or disqualify

– Confirm order details and payment milestones


Compensation

Base: ₹45,000 – 50,000 per month


Incentive structure:

– Inbound leads you convert and close: 0.75% on closed value

– Leads you self-sourced and closed: 1.5% on closed value

– Deals where the founder was involved in closing: not eligible

– Orders placed directly through the website are not eligible for incentive.

At ₹25 lakhs closed per month on inbound, you earn approximately ₹18,000 - 19,000 in incentive. Self-sourced deals earn more.

Incentive eligibility and deal attribution will be defined clearly in your offer letter.


Who We Are Looking For

– 4 - 6 years in client-facing sales roles

– Demonstrated track record of closing, not just managing relationships

– Strong written and verbal communication

– Ability to read a brief and recommend, not just respond

– Comfortable preparing proposals and presenting them with authority

– High ownership: you follow up, you close, you log

– Strong visual sensibility, you understand premium design, materials, and presentation


Backgrounds that work:

We are looking for people who have worked in environments where experience, aesthetics, and relationships matter, luxury hospitality (sales-side), premium weddings or events, or design-led lifestyle brands.
