Role Description The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, including understanding client objectives, briefing internal teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production, creative, and operations teams, preparing proposals and budgets, and tracking project progress to maintain client satisfaction. The Senior Executive will handle regular client meetings, status updates, and post-event feedback, while proactively addressing issues and escalating risks when necessary. The role also involves supporting revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process improvements in client servicing.
Qualifications
- · Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand briefs in detail.· Lead the creation of pitch presentations with strong creative concepts, structure, and visual quality.· Develop event ideas, themes, and concepts aligned with client objectives.· Ensure presentations are professional, visually strong, and impactful in terms of content and design clarity.· Work independently on multiple pitches simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.· Possess strong knowledge of corporate events, activations, conferences, and brand experiences.· Translate client requirements into clear execution plans for internal teams including creative, production, and operations.· Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate execution as per pitch and client expectations.· Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle from pitch to execution and closure.· Handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.· Ensure client satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
