Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon for a Senior Executive in Client Servicing. The primary responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams. The role will also involve coordinating project deliverables, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of advertising and marketing solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service, ensuring client relationships are effectively managed and maintained.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proven capability in driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive interaction and understanding of client needs.
- Basic understanding of Finance to manage budgets, proposals, and client billing effectively.
- Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in advertising or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in local Indian languages is an added advantage for engaging with target audiences in rural markets.
