Job Title: Senior Executive - Client Servicing (Account Management)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years of work experience within Mainline or Digital agencies is mandatory (Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position)
Role Summary
Dentsu is looking for a proactive and client-focused Senior Executive – Account Management (Digital) to join our Mumbai team and work on a leading automobile brand.
We are looking for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in digital/social media marketing, preferably within an agency or brand ecosystem. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, digital reporting, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with creative, content, media, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Develop and manage content calendars, approval trackers, and project timelines
- Monitor social media and ORM performance across platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Track campaign performance and analyze audience behavior and content effectiveness
- Support influencer campaigns and paid media coordination where required
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and status reports
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or account management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the digital ecosystem
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social analytics tools, ORM reporting, and campaign tracking
- Good understanding of content performance and audience behavior
- Basic knowledge of paid media and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment with quick turnaround timelines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
