JD: City Lead - Channel & Feet on Street (DA & FOS):
- Appointing new partners / Digital aggregators in the territory from existing entities working in distance education, upskilling, Test prep institutes (CAT / MAT/ SSC), Associated institutes like fashion design / Air Hostess etc.
- Appointing key partners like Ed tech players with bigger team sizes like 20 to 100 and more and efficient offline and online lead generation machinery.
- Working closely with the partners in strategizing lead generation activities (offline & online), nurturing, target setting, monitoring and achievement.
- Working closely with partner counsellors in association with U-next coordinator in day-to-day conversion, Target achievement, issue resolution
- Overseeing partners month on month invoicing and pay outs
- Collaborating with education entities like upskilling institutes, Test prep institutes (CAT / MAT/ SSC), Associated institutes like fashion design / Air Hostess for Direct activity drives inside or inside their campus
- Need to plan for alternate direct modes of lead generation like to
- +2 Colleges presentation (B2I)
- Corporate tie ups for upskilling
- Participation in Higher Education / Admission events
- Planning for other educational events like Scholarship Tests / Walk in Career Guidance
- Also focus on micro penetration by on boarding mass market last mile connects like tuition center’s, PG owners etc.
- Will build up and handle a team of Academic Relations Managers & Academic Relations Officers under him for executing the activities at multiple cities.
- Needs to be target oriented on daily, weekly, monthly and batch basis.
