Company Description
Transvolt Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneer in developing scalable EV and low-carbon mobility solutions across fleets, charging infrastructure, and energy transition assets in India. Will support carbon asset development linked to mobility decarbonization, including documentation, emissions accounting, and standards compliance under Verra, Gold Standard, GCC, and emerging Article 6 frameworks. The role suits an early-career professional with foundational knowledge of carbon markets, and requires discipline in documentation, data handling, and audit readiness. The position works closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to convert real-world EV and mobility deployments into high-integrity, registry-acceptable carbon projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain PDDs, monitoring plans, ensuring alignment with Verra, Gold Standard, GCC, and Article 6 requirements with strict version control and audit traceability.
- Support emission reduction and removal calculations using approved methodologies, including baseline definition, additionality testing, leakage, strictly following standard-specific guidance.
- Compile activity data from project, engineering, and operations teams, perform QA/QC checks, maintain calculation workbooks, and ensure data are validation-ready for audits.
- Track updates in methodologies and registry rules across standards and summarise impacts for internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate project data into compliant carbon documentation.
- Support responses to validator and verifier queries and help close findings efficiently.
- Working knowledge of global carbon markets with familiarity with Verra, Gold Standard, GCC, and emerging Article 6 structures.
- Familiarity with PDD structures, monitoring frameworks, and emission reduction accounting concepts.
- Comfort working with Excel or similar tools for calculations and data validation with auditable trails. ·
- Strong attention to detail, document control discipline, and process orientation.
- Clear written communication skills for technical documentation and structured stakeholder responses.
Experience & Skills
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship exposure in climate, sustainability, energy, or carbon markets.
- Preferably involving EV or low-carbon mobility projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, economics, or a related discipline, providing a foundation in quantitative analysis and technical documentation.
