Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, located in Guwahati. The Senior Executive will lead operational activities, coordinate logistics services, and manage client interactions to ensure smooth and efficient execution of services. The role involves overseeing teams, improving operational workflows, analyzing data for decision-making, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data and optimizing workflows
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills for managing clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in using technology-driven tools for logistics and data management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the express distribution industry is a plus
