Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process & Proposal Engineer specializing in Fired Boilers, located in the Pune Division. The role involves preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, interacting with internal teams such as engineering, sales, and procurement, and ensuring proposals align with client requirements and industry standards. The engineer will also conduct feasibility studies, design optimization, and cost analysis to support sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing for engineering projects
- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles relevant to industrial systems and boilers
- Proficiency in Sales and Procurement processes within engineering-focused industries
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with fired boilers and related industrial systems is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations
