Role Description
The Senior Executive will play a key role in managing CSR projects, building strategic partnerships, and facilitating impactful, sustainable initiatives. Responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, crafting innovative strategies, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Executive will also support the team in identifying new opportunities for growth and community impact. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CSR, project management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong skills in strategic planning, implementation, and reporting
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and data-driven approaches for project development and analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sustainability, social impact, and community development best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
- Relevant degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field
- Experience with CSR policies and compliance frameworks is a plus
