Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role based in Noida. The Senior Executive will support and manage day-to-day client engagements across accounting, finance, and compliance, including data review, preparation of working papers, and coordination of deliverables. Responsibilities include analyzing financial information, assisting with statutory and regulatory compliance, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting internal process improvements. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand requirements, address queries, and ensure timely completion of assignments. The Senior Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional team members and senior leadership to maintain service quality and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance, and compliance; ability to interpret financial statements and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in client servicing or professional services environments, with skills in stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort working with financial and accounting software tools.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to work with numerical data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CS, MBA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
