A premium Luxury Retail & Jewellery brand is looking for a Senior Client Experience Executive who can deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build strong client relationships.
📍 Location: C.P. Ramasamy Road, Abiramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
👔 Experience: 4–7 Years

Role Highlights
• Welcome and host clients with warm, luxury hospitality
• Guide clients in discovering jewellery suited for special occasions and milestones
• Present collections while explaining design inspiration and craftsmanship
• Build relationships with HNI and repeat clients
• Maintain client profiles and encourage loyalty and repeat visits
• Support store operations, inventory checks, and reporting
Ideal Candidate
✔ Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands
✔ Strong communication and client relationship skills
✔ Passion for jewellery, styling, and luxury customer experience
