Key Responsibilities
- Execution of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & routine maintenance activities.
- To execute the preventive maintenance plan of Equipment.
- To review logbooks related to HVAC system and keep maintenance records update.
- To follow all safety norms & to use PPE as per requirement.
- To ensure prompt and timely repair/replacement/installation of plant & HVAC equipment’s/pipes/instruments.
- Validation of HVAC systems.
- To operate the utility and take prompt trouble shooting action.
- To raise indents for spares of equipment & modification related jobs.
- Piping support, piping insulation effectiveness & condition checked.
- Every time readiness for audit/inspection.
- Planning of workmen.
- Bill checking work.
- Follow the QMS activities.
- Plant related capex work.
- To ensure cGMP & EHS compliance.
- To review, authorize and to comply all quality documents.
