1. Audit and Accounts Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to lead audit assignments and provide technical expertise. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in practice with high exposure to complex business models and tax scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Management: Lead audit teams and ensure reports comply with Standards on Auditing (SAs) and Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS).
- Direct Tax & Litigation: Handle Income Tax computations, Tax Audits (Form 3CD), and draft responses for scrutiny assessments.
- Advisory Services: Assist clients with company incorporation, ROC filings, and financial consultancy.
- Team Review: Review the work of articles and junior staff to ensure 100% accuracy before final partner review.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Freshers are welcome).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of the Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax.
- Skills: Exceptional professional drafting and communication skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
2. Senior Account and Audit Executive
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive CA Inter candidate with a strong foundation in audit and taxation to manage a portfolio of diverse clients and ensure impeccable compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Execution: Conduct Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits for Proprietorships, PVT Ltd companies, and Partnership firms.
- Taxation: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) and TDS/TCS returns.
- Accounting Supervision: Oversee bookkeeping and finalization of accounts across various sectors.
- Client Liaison: Coordinate directly with clients to gather data and resolve queries efficiently.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA Inter (Single or Both groups cleared).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience (Post-articleship experience is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Tally Prime and MS Excel; mandatory familiarity with Income Tax and GST portals.
- Traits: Ability to meet strict statutory deadlines and manage multi-client workloads.
