Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) regulations
- Assist in ROC, SEBI, and stock exchange filings
- Prepare Board/Committee meeting agendas and minutes
- Handle post-IPO and listing compliances
- Maintain statutory records and registers
- Support investor relations and corporate governance activities
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulators
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (listed company preferred)

- Strong compliance knowledge
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
