Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive will oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and support the management of GSSA-related processes. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, assisting in business development initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. The role also involves handling client communication, resolving operational issues in a timely manner, and contributing ideas to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in aviation, logistics, or related service industries, preferably in an executive or senior support role.
- Strong skills in coordination, stakeholder management, and client servicing, with a focus on professionalism and efficient communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with operational and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare structured reports, and support decision-making through accurate documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in aviation management or logistics is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ethical conduct, and a collaborative mindset, with openness to learning and contributing new ideas.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and maintain flexible working hours when required by operational needs.
