Role Description
The Senior Executive will play a key role in driving the strategic and operational objectives of the company. Responsibilities include promoting Proklean’s products, managing client relationships, and developing effective business strategies. The role will focus on achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and client management within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of market analysis and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives to meet specific targets and objectives
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights for improvement
- Familiarity with sustainable practices or industries such as textiles, leather, waste management, or hospitality is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Flexibility to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
