Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Executive for our Mumbai location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal part in managing key business operations, driving growth strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for business growth, managing client relationships, overseeing team performance, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will also contribute to operational efficiency and promote excellence in service delivery, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to manage and mentor teams while ensuring high performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or a related industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM and data analytics tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
