Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site
Senior Executive position based in ahemdabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned functional area, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities to achieve performance, quality, and safety objectives. The Senior Executive will analyze operational data, prepare management reports, and provide insights to support informed decision-making. The position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and contributing to departmental and organizational objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day RMX plant operations to ensure smooth production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with sales, production, quality, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor production planning and optimize plant utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and SOPs.
- Analyze production and dispatch data and prepare MIS reports.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement.
- Manage customer requirements and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support achievement of production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
