Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., based in Siliguri. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic plans, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with company goals and standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to achieving key performance metrics in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operational management, strategic planning, and process optimization
- Leadership skills with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills applicable to a dynamic business environment
- Knowledge of building materials industries, especially Cement, RMX, or Modern Building Materials, is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the building materials sector, is an advantage
