KRA / Key Statistics
- Stores SOP Knowledge

- Planning and execution of Daily production requirement adherence

Major Responsibilities
- Preparation of daily/monthly MIS in coordination with stores outsources agency & internal customer
- Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports in Manual/ SAP and review of Stores DWM on daily basis
- Responding to internal customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Motivating the Stores team to meet daily target by training and mentoring staff.
- responsible for managing/maintain the assets of the store in good condition
- Close coordination with MRP/Subcontracting team for timly issue raw components to be processed from outside vendors
- Inventory control – Maintaining overall inventory as per SAP stock (no stock mismatch).
- Coordinate with purchase and Finance department for Timely GRN and invoice submission
- Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time
Formal education: Any graduate
Professional experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing / Engineering industry
Functional Skills
- Knowledge of Entire stores processes
- Knowledge of SAP MM Module (S4HANA preferable)
- Good Communication & drafting skills

- Proficiency in MS Office / Data Management
