Job Title: Sr. Executive/AM CRM – (Real Estate)
Job Location: Thane
Salary Budget: 7.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)
Shift: Dayshift - 6 days working with rostered week off (Saturday & Sunday will be working)
*Qualifications & Skills:*
●Education: Graduate in any field
●Experience: 3 plus years of CRM experience in Real Estate Domain
*Skills:*
● Strong customer relationship & stakeholder management
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● High ownership towards collections & revenue
● Ability to manage multiple customers and deliver service excellence
● Process-driven with strong attention to detail
*Position Summary:*
_CRM role involves managing end-to-end customer lifecycle, driving collections, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating additional business through referrals and cross-sell opportunities_
*Key Responsibilities:*
_Customer Engagement_
● Manage lifecycle relationships with customers
● Ensure proactive engagement at key stages
● Deliver high-quality customer experience and responsiveness
_Revenue Ownership:_
● Handle collections portfolio
● Drive business via referrals, upgrades & cross-sell
● Improve customer loyalty and repeat business
_Service Excellence:_
● Ensure timely query resolution with minimal escalations
● Maintain high standards across all customer interactions
● Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
_Process & Reporting:_
● Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation
● Track customer satisfaction and share insights
● Ensure compliance with processes and reporting standards

● Candidates without CRM experience
● Individuals not comfortable with customer-facing roles & collections responsibility
