Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of broadband services and excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, supporting service improvement initiatives, and handling escalations to maintain high service quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with sales and support teams, implementing process enhancements, and contributing to strategic projects that drive growth and efficiency. The Senior Executive is expected to uphold company policies, maintain accurate documentation, and support management in decision-making through timely and data-driven inputs.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and coordination skills, with experience managing day-to-day activities and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, or other business software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
- Ability to handle escalations, solve problems effectively, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in broadband, telecom, or internet service industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools and basic understanding of broadband or networking concepts is an advantage.
