Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad in a full-time, on-site capacity. The Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations by overseeing supply chain activities, managing logistics strategies, and addressing operational challenges. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, supervising shipments, implementing efficiency measures, and maintaining high service quality. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting customer requirements and driving process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics and implementing process enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities across teams and timelines.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to lead cross-functional collaborations.
- Working knowledge of technology-driven tools and applications related to logistics and transportation management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar field is highly preferred.
