Role Description We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Senior Executive – Sales to strengthen our sales operations and expand business opportunities in the assigned territory. The role involves customer development, technical sales, market expansion, and relationship management for industrial products and welding solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand business in the assigned territory. Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Promote welding consumables and industrial products to fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance industries. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback reports. Candidate Requirements: Experience in industrial sales, engineering products, or welding consumables preferred. Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of customer handling and market development. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
